Hi!! I'm Alissa, a 30 year old hairstylist with an insane passion for hair and a decade of experience. Hair is something I’ve wanted to do since I was 4 years old. I used to sit myself down and learn every braid there was as well as cut my Barbie dolls hair (shhh 🤫 don’t tell my mom haha). It didn’t always look great but practice makes performance and I never gave up
To say that I love what I do would be an understatement, I live, breathe, and sleep hair.. it is my great passion in life. Just because I leave the salon at the end of the night doesn’t mean work stops for me, I’m constantly coming up with new ideas and taking further education classes to keep in touch with everything and bring you the latest and greatest in the industry.
I am now on a new found mission to share that knowledge with fellow hairstylists and continue to offer my clients the best hair experience imaginable. My journey is not just to create stunning hair, but to help empower others in the industry to grow & succeed.
I'm honored to have been a finalist in the behind the chair one shot hair awards of 2019 at the start of my career. Out of 311,000 entries worldwide, I was in the top 25. That was a very exciting and rewarding experience for me, as I got to travel and learn from some of the top artists in this industry.
In 2022 my dreams came true as I came on as an Official Olaplex Advocate, which would soon lead me to join on as a PRO Team member for OLAPLEX in 2024.
I started this company in order to provide high quality hair care to my faithful customers. Since doing so, I have now since expanded and opened up Mäde Salon conveniently located in Westlake, where I offer exclusive services that are customized to fit your needs.
