Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations & reschedules.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 

  • Less than 48 hour notice will result in a late notice cancel fee of 25%

  • Day of cancellations will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for understanding that our time is important.

Sick Policy: I get it, it's only natural to get sick - it SUCKS but please don't come to your appointment if you're feeling sick. If you're feeling under the weather before your appointment, PLEASE contact me. At this point we will reschedule your appointment for when you're feeling better (a deposit will be required). In order to avoid the Cancellation Policy charge, a reschedule with deposit is necessary.

Confirmation Emails: As a courtesy, we will email & text you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Clients receive discounts when salon cancels: I stand by my policies; I feel that it is only fair that I honor policies to my clients as well. If in any reason I have to cancel on a client less then 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor a discount off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of my hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc.… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, the discount will not apply.

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice. No shows will be charged 50% of the service -- If it happens twice, you will be dropped.

Of course I understand things happen, so if you reach out with a fair reason the charges will be waived.

We love your minis and guests, however we ask that they do not accompany you to your appointment for their safety and crowding purposes.

Running Late?

I totally understand things happen, However if you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule.

Of course I want you to leave happy and have the hair of your dreams! If for any reason you are unhappy with the service received, I offer a 7 day service adjustment period where you have 7 days to contact me to adjust your hair for you free of charge within reason.
